the person that i have chosen is king Henry V .  before Henry became king he was a soldier at the age of fourteen. he fought the welsh force of Owen.  Henry became king at the age of 36 in 1422.  one of king Henry's accomplishments were he was ranked 72ND in the hundred greatest Britons. one of the battles he was involved in was  the forces of Owen.  king Henry's reign as king ended when he died august 31 1422.  i picked this person because he seemed very interesting. also because the was the fifth Henry to be a king. 

goals i have accomplished

some of the goals that i have accomplished so far are i got a higher rank. my new rank is Sergeant first class (SFC).  i got this rank because of my position in d&b.  another goal that i have accomplished is now a day i take out trash at home. finally the last goal i have accomplished is that i have not missed a day of school so far.

The king that i would like to be like is king Henry VI

Henry VI was the only child of Henry V and Catherine of Valois

he became king when he was just an infant because his father died.

he was the king of both England and France 

Henry's biggest challenge was retaining both of his crowns

Henry reign was in the middle of the war of the roses

he was murdered the day after he returned to the tower after his illnesses.

I choose this person because he seemed interesting.

 

  

Beowulf's Poem

Beowulf daring, dangerous, and defendant of his people
Truly powerfull hunting for his prey
Always noble to his noble people
In the darkness of the dark halls he seeks
Grendel gripping other people
Beowulf becoming badly tempered
When will his grumpy Grendel get to high heroth
Preparing he properly places himself in the hall
Grumpy Grendel on his way there
Smiling silly for his thuoghts of supper
Beowulf also smiling silly for his superb victory
Confidence creeping in both creatures
Grendel grinning uncontrolably
Beowulf bears no loner
Becoming victor will viciously tear them apart
